Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

• If the product is returned due to a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
